Our Verdict

X-VPN is a freemium VPN service that excels at streaming with a huge network of 8,000+ servers. Its website, logging policy, and general transparency have improved hugely, but we can’t ignore its ties to China, reliance on close-sourced VPN protocols, and poor results in our speed tests. Overall, X-VPN is a solid choice for streamers but its free version is awful and not worth using.
